I have worked in a variety of settings for over 30 years, including pubs, restaurants, and hotels. I’m known for my creativity and passion for food, and I’m always looking for new ways to create delicious and innovative dishes.
I’m also a successful entrepreneur. I have owned and operated the Boars Head at Hoghton near Preston a pub and restaurant for over 10 years from 2009 until 2021, and it has become one of the most popular dining destinations in the area. I’m known for my commitment to providing excellent customer service and my focus on using fresh, local ingredients and suppliers.
I’m passionate about sharing my love of food with others. I’m available for private events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and private dinner parties. I can also provide cooking classes, demonstrations and even relief cover at any level needed on a short term basis.
In addition to my culinary expertise, I’m also an avid traveler and own a motorhome and travel around the North West and UK, sharing my love of food with others. Always looking for new places to explore and new culinary experiences to share.
