With over 30 years of experience across a range of establishments, including pubs, restaurants, and hotels, my passion for food and creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. Constantly driven by a love for innovative cooking, I strive to create dishes that not only taste extraordinary but also tell a story.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, I owned and operated The Boars Head in Hoghton, near Preston, from 2009 to 2021. Under my stewardship, the pub and restaurant became a beloved destination known for exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and a strong commitment to sourcing fresh, local ingredients.
My love of food extends beyond the kitchen, and I am always eager to share my expertise with others. Whether you’re planning a private event—such as a wedding, corporate function, or dinner party—or seeking a cooking class or demonstration, I am available to help make your event memorable. I also offer relief cover at any level for short-term needs.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me traveling the North West and beyond in my motorhome, discovering new culinary experiences and sharing them with fellow food lovers.
